I loved the video, it was so professional, I can see why the parents and family members enjoyed seeing their students perform. I enjoy the Orff Schulwerk lessons sent to my school emails from time to time. Thank you for sharing your creativity and lessons :} Nancy

Can you start a musically inclined 18-month old toddler on an Orff instrument?
And if so, how do you suggest doing this?
Hi Stephanie! We applaud your desire to encourage music making at such a young age, but we would not recommend starting a toddler on this type of instrument other than free play. For a child so young, we suggest musical toys at home as well as local early childhood music programs that will allow him/her to practice music making in a group. – Your friends at Teaching With Orff
