Founding Artistic and Managing Director, Robyn Lana, uses the Orff-Schulwerk approach in teaching the choirs. What she learned through her Orff-Schulwerk Teacher Training is woven through every rehearsal, enabling the singers to achieve success. It is the mission of the Cincinnati Children’s Choir to offer all children the opportunity to experience musical excellence in a creative environment. CCC builds stronger communities by creating a comprehensive foundation that supports music educators and develops tomorrow’s leaders.

CCC serves nearly 650 children annually in one of our 6 Resident Choirs, 6 Satellite Choirs, 2 Festivals and Honor Choir. Their annual Summer Festival employs experienced Orff-Schulwerk teachers who facilitate the exploration of movement and improvisation enhancing their musicianship.
